I am scratching my head why the product would go “Out of Stock” – two days after update, one day after booking.

I am not using WP-Engine. I use WP Fastest Cache.
I finally found the file class-wceb-ajax.php and edited those lines according to Jean-Paul’s specification.
Still, on my installation, it did not have a long-term effect.
It seems the only way is to disable the cache completely.
Again, I would love to see a long-term solution explained here.
I have the same issue, but I do not speak jQuery fluently.
Can someone please post where exactly insert or replace which code?

Here is one problem we are running into:
When limiting availability, we would like to have a custom message in case someone wants to book more than available.
Here is what is currently displayed (note that we are hiding the available amount via CSS)
Are there any plans to create another add-on for that?
If not, what would you charge for a custom add-on (which you can sell later to other customers)?

I have an additional question:
Is there a way (or a recommended plugin) that we can get an overview of the bookings per day?
Example: We are booking tours with three different pickup locations (woo attributes) and the driver needs to know how many people board at each location.
