I use Easy Booking with the Availability Checker. It worked great for me in the past, but now I’m unable to search for products when I go to the Availabilities tab of the Reports section. When I click on the search field it expands down and says ‘No matches found’ and doesn’t try to query products as I start to type letters. Do you have any troubleshooting suggestions?

Are you sure your products are bookable and that stock management is enabled?
I don’t see any issue on my installation, and if you have the “No matches found” message, then there is apparently no error in the query. It’s probably “only” that no bookable and managing stock products are found.
If your products are correctly set up and you still don’t find them in the Availabilities tab, would it be possible to have a temporary admin access to your website in order to check this myself? If yes, please send an email to email@example.com 🙂
