Support Easy Booking: Availability Check Laubuy plugin issue

    Hi there,

    I have issues with the Availability Check plugin in conjunction with Laybuy payment gateway plugin for WooCommerce (https://wordpress.org/plugins/laybuy-gateway-for-woocommerce/). Current version of Easy Booking: Availability Check 1.6.15. I’m not sure what is the latest version since I can’t see changelog anywhere on the website.

    So the problem is: when order happens, WooCommerce order lodged fine and the payment made fine via Laybuy, however rental dates that customer selected when making an order do not actually reserve the rental date in the system. So if I go to the Reports of Easy Booking it obviously doesn’t show that this date is reserved for this product. When other payment method is used it works fine. So I’m guessing that there is some sort of incompatibility with Easy Booking system and Laybuy since I’m pretty sure it was working in the past like last year.

    1.6.15 is the latest version of Availabilty Check. If there is a new version, you should see it in your admin panel 🙂

    Concerning the payment plugin, does it set a custom order status? If yes, you need to add it to Easy Booking. By default Easy Booking accepts these statuses:

    • Pending
    • Processing
    • On hold
    • Completed
    • Refunded

    Please follow the instructions here: https://easy-booking.me/topic/double-booking-issues/#post-4506. Changing “wc-picked-up” and “wc-equipment-due-back” to whatever status the payment plugin uses.
