Support Easy Booking: Google Calendar It works, some suggestions

    Hi, thank’s for the plugin. I had some trouble for making it work, the third time, worked. I guess i was doing something wrong.

     

    I’ve notice that the booking is added despite the order is still “in procces”, i have the doubt if it is better to add it only when it is completed, not sure about.

    When an order is cancelled the calendar event doesn’t disappear, right?, maybe in the future?

    I don’t know if it is possible, but i would be great synchronize also the imported bookins in the availability-check.

    Hello,

    Stock needs to be reduced as soon as the order is passed, otherwise other clients could book the same date.

    Concerning the cancelled orders, it should update automatically but depending on how you cancel/refund you orders, it doesn’t. In this case, please use the “Init availabilities” button in Easy Booking > Availability Check.

    Hello,

    1. OK, understood, you are right.
    2. Please, refresh my mind, when i use “Init availabilities” none of the orders or imported bookings change or disappear, right? There is no danger of losing information using that tool, is it?.
    3. I also asked about synchronize the google calendar with the imported bookings in the availability-check, is it possible?
