Support Easy Booking: Google Calendar [Resolved] Errors when trying to Synchronise Bookings

    The doesn’t work for any of my bookings. I get the following for every booking when I press the “Synchronise bookings” button
    <p class=”ebc-sync-error”>Completed with the following errors:</p>

    • Order #54587 – Error when creating event.
    • Order #54577 – Error when creating event.
    • Order #54576 – Error when creating event.
    • Order #54575 – Error when creating event.
    • Order #54568 – Error when creating event.
    • Order #54562 – Error when creating event.
    • Order #54561 – Error when creating event

    Hello,

    Are these 7 orders all your orders? Or some of them have been successfully synchronized with your Google Calendar?

    Can you check on the order pages if:

    • Each item has a start and (maybe) end date?
    • There is any error showing in the right column?

    Did you use any filter to customize events description/summary?

    If you can’t find anything, could you please give me a temporary admin access to your website by sending an email at contact@easy-booking.me.

    I have the same issue, for all my orders.
    It’s doesn’t matter what status i select. I don’t have end date in order, it could be the problem?

    Start and end date set to 00:00

    Make sure to set the timezone correctly in your WordPress settings. More information here (at the end) 🙂
