Support WooCommerce Easy Booking EASY BOOKING REDUCING STOCK AND CALENDAR NOT WORKING

    Hello!

    My manual orders are reducing the stock. I read about the plugin updates, however, the updating is falling.

    Also, my calendar is not working, for example, I have a product booked for Sep 14th, only 1 in stock, and it still available online for this date.

    I’m using easy booking for 8 months, it is the first time I’m having issues.

    Hello,

    If you don’t have Availability Check 1.6.11, please update it. If you don’t get the automatic update, visite http://download.easy-booking.me/your-license-key/ to download the latest version manually and install it on your website.

    Concerning your second issue, is it also a manual order?

    Availability check : I replaced the license key and the the update worked. Thanks

     

    Product booked still available on calendar: I noticed that when the order status is pending payment, on hold or processing the product becomes unavailable for booking, however when the order status is partially paid the order is not showing on the availability reports and products are still available from start to end dates.  I just tested it changing a partially paid order to pending payment, the product was available for booking and when I changed the order status the product is unavailable from start to end dates

    Ah allright, you have custom order statuses that you need to add to Easy Booking 🙂

    Please check this post: https://easy-booking.me/topic/double-booking-issues/#post-4506 (don’t forget to add your own statuses, in your case at least “wc-partially-paid”).

    Without thos code, Easy Booking only considers “basic” WooCommerce order statuses: pending, processing, on hold, completed and refunded 🙂

    I’ll ask my tech guy to take a look and add the status.

    The other issue, I’ve updated the easy booking availability check, but it is still reducing my stock.

    I’m not a tech person, however since I got the plugin it was everything working great, until last month. I don’t know what happened.

    Hello,

    You use custom order statuses (partially paid) and you need to add them to Easy Booking, otherwise it won’t work.

    I did, just checked the calendar problem is solved now.

    However the issue booking is reducing my stock it is not solved, even after I update the availability check plugin.

    You don’t have the latest version of Availability Check. You have version 1.5.6 and you need 1.6.11.

    Your version was too old and still pointing to the old website for automatic updates. I fixed it, now you can update it from your admin panel 🙂

    (I didn’t do the update, I let you do it in case you want to make a backup or something before).

    I did update. I’ve created an order test, 3 items, 2 worked great and 1 was still available for rent.

    When I canceled the order the 2 products are not available for rent again.

    It seems to be because of WP Rocket cache. If you clear the cache after, it works again.

    If you have other issues, please give me more details (which products/what you do exactly).

    Order 3057

    product acrylic plinth

    it is booked but it is still available on the calendar

    after that it was the same order but the product electric pump was available online

     

    i did clear the the cache as you recommended

    I see both Acrylic plinth and Electric Balloon pump unavailable from August 23rd to August 26th?
