    Hi,

it is not possible to delete order positions. I tried it with different order statuses, but the system is “doing” something (spinner is runnng) but it never stops.

I managed then the deleting by going to the database > wp_woocommerce_order_items. Deleting the order position there also deletes the booking, so that works apparently.

Adding and editing order positions works without problem.

    All the best, Christoph

    Hello,

What do you mean by “order position”? I’m not sure to understand your issue.

Are you sure it’s coming from Easy Booking? Does it work if you disable it?

Do you use the Google Calendar add-on?

    Regards,
    Natasha

    Hi,

    sorry for the late reply.

Yes, I’m using die Google Calendar add-on. I mean by order position 1 line in the order with a bookable product (yes, it is coming from easy booking).

E.g. I want to change the product: I add another line with the correct produkt, add booking dates, and then it is not possible to delete the old line.

What do mean with “disable it”? I do not want to disable the product when I change an invoice.

    Best regards,

    Christoph

EDIT: If I disable the Google Calendar plugin, it works, so that might be the problem. The old entry in Google Calendar is also not deleted, it must be removed manually (the new entry comes correctly into GC)

    Hello,

When I said disable it, I meant the plugin 🙂

It’s indeed a known issue with the Google Calendar add-on. Please have a look at this post to know how to fix it.

    Regards,
    Natasha
