There are several ways to do so, depending on what you need/prefer. In any case, availability should be updated automatically. If not, go to Easy Booking > Tools > Initialize stocks.
Refund an item
Select the order where you wish to refund a booking.
Click on Refund.
Select quantity to refund.
Uncheck Restock refunded items.
Click on Refund (depends on the payment method used).
Refund order item.
Delete an item
Select the order where you wish to delete a booking.
Click on Delete item on the right (it appears only when you hover it).
Delete order item.
Cancel an order
This will not refund the order.
Select the order you wish to cancel.
Change order status to Cancelled.
Update.
Cancel order.
